Refund Policy

Applicant Refund Policy:

If you withdraw from the program for any reason before you have been placed at camp, or we are unable to place you, the program fee less £25 will be refunded.

If you withdraw from the program for any reason after you have been placed at camp, the entire program fee is forfeit.

If, after being placed at camp you act in a manner that causes camp or 3 Adventures to terminate your contract, there will be no refund issued.

If your visa application is denied by the British Embassy/Consulate, an administration fee of £125 will be charged. However, if your visa application is denied for reasons you did not disclose to 3 Adventures, there will be no refund of the program fee.

Camp Refund Policy

If an applicant fails to complete their contractual obligations, a refund may be offered at a rate of $50 per week missed (assuming camp has met its obligations outlined in the camp agreement) unless 9 weeks have been completed , in which case no refund will be issued, or as negotiated between 3 Adventures and the employer.
