Matt Buczek

Matt has spent more than 20 summers at summer camp in America.  From Oklahoma to New York, Camp Counselor to Maintenance Director to Camp Director, Matt has seen it and done it!

Matt grew up in England, gaining a Masters Degree in Education and worked as a teacher for 5 years. Matt has previously worked for the Frost Valley YMCA as Director of Camping services and Stonybrook Day Camp as the Camp Director.

This diverse camp experience coupled with his experience hiring thousands of staff, means Matt knows what it takes to get the job done and what to look for in a staff member. Matt looks forward to providing first class service to camps and helping to provide a memorable summer experience.

Scott Curry

It's hard to believe that Scott has been administering international J-1 visa programs since 1986 - That's more than 25 years!

Scott has directed some of the biggest and most reputable exchange programs in the country, having previously worked at CDS International (now Cultural Vistas) and the International YMCA.  This means Scott knows the J-1 Visa processes and regulations inside out and back to front.

Scott's relationships across the globe ensure a great pool of staff for 3 Adventures to share with our camps and employers.

Jeff Daly

Jeff has been involved in Camp in America for over 22 years!  From Camper to Counselor to Camp Director, Jeff has seen it all. 

Jeff has previously worked as Director of Camping Services with the Frost Valley YMCA.  In addition he has worked with the YMCAs of Philadelphia & Vicinity, and Global Camps Africa. Jeff also serves as Executive Director of the Kennett Area YMCA in Kennett Square, Pennsylvania. With a passion for youth development, Jeff has interviewed and hired thousands of camp counselors over his career and looks forward to providing outstanding service for camp experience.
